Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our designs, all Nora Parada pieces are made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for review, the item must:

• Be unused
• Be in the same condition as received
• Include original packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will evaluate the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
